About the Program
A Long-Term Commitment to the Communities We Call Home
The PM Community Commitment is a countywide leadership initiative led by PM Landscaping to strengthen Monterey County neighborhoods through direct action, city partnerships, and professional expertise.
This is not a short-term campaign. It is a long-term commitment to showing up city by city, block by block and doing the work that keeps communities safe, cared for, and connected.
For more than 15 years, PM Landscaping Services has supported communities throughout Monterey County. In 2026, the company is formalizing that work into its most ambitious leadership effort to date the largest operational and community challenge in PM’s history.
This initiative reflects PM’s belief that local businesses have a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the places where they operate.
PHASE ONE
14 COMMUNITIES. 14 WEEKS
- One incorporated city per week (timing flexible based on city needs)
- 2–3 targeted projects per city
- Projects identified collaboratively with city leadership

CITY PARTNERSHIP MODEL
Cities Participate as Partners, Not Recipients.
City involvement may include:
- Identifying priority locations or residents
- Aligning projects with city goals
- Providing local insight to guide respectful execution
PM Landscaping provides all professional labor and services at no cost.
