PM Landscaping Gives Back: Donated Yard Cleanup for Marina Residents in Need

For many homeowners, a neglected yard is more than an eyesore. It can be a safety concern, a source of stress, or simply a job too big to tackle alone. For residents who are elderly, disabled, or facing financial hardship, that challenge is even greater.

Through the PM Community Commitment Program, PM Landscaping Services partners with the City of Marina to provide donated cleanup services to residents who qualify. Qualifying residents are identified and referred directly through the City of Marina, not through PM Landscaping.

This cleanup was a full-scale job. The crew handled weeding, pruning, debris removal, mowing, trimming, and blowing. These types of jobs typically run 6 to 8 hours with a large crew. PM Landscaping also brought one of their own dumpsters to haul away all waste on-site, leaving the property completely cleared.

Paolo and Roselyn Manca, owners of PM Landscaping, were present on-site for the duration of the job. Their hands-on involvement reflects how the company operates. They do not just send a crew. They show up alongside them.

A cleanup service like this goes beyond the yard. For residents who qualify, it removes a burden they may have carried for months or even years. For PM Landscaping, it is a direct expression of their commitment to the communities they serve in Monterey County.

Residents interested in qualifying for future donated cleanups should reach out to the City of Marina directly. PM Landscaping welcomes inquiries about their standard cleanup and maintenance services through their website.
