We Launched Our PM Community Commitment Program

Our first cleanup under the PM Community Commitment Program took us to 323 Reindollar Ave in Marina, where a resident in recovery from colon cancer needed help he could not ask for on his own.

This was not just a yard cleanup. The resident at 323 Reindollar Ave had been diagnosed with colon cancer and spent months away from home receiving treatment. While he was gone, his property was broken into and left in disarray. By the time he returned, the yard had become a safety concern he had no way to address on his own.

When we learned about his situation through the City of Marina, we knew this was exactly the kind of case our program was built for.

We showed up with our full crew, equipment, and one of our own dumpsters. We cleared three dumpsters worth of debris, removed overgrown vegetation, and left the property clean and safe. Paolo and Roselyn were on-site for the full day, the same way they are for every project we take on.

We work directly with the City of Marina Code Enforcement Division to identify residents who qualify for the program. Residents must be referred through the City based on documented need, whether that is illness, financial hardship, or other circumstances that have made it impossible to keep up with their property.

This was the first cleanup under our “14 Cities in 14 Weeks” initiative. Through this program, we are committed to providing donated restoration services to at least 40 families across Monterey County. Community members can also volunteer their time or nominate a neighbor who may need help.

For residents who may qualify, reach out to the City of Marina directly.
